Shipping time
The bags in stock will be shipped within 1-2 days, the others will be shipped within 5-7 days.
Shipping Notes
We can ship the parcel to any address in the world. Shipping method will vary depending on countries, size of box and weight. Shipping time relate with the shipping method and the shipping address. Once the order was shipped, a tracking number will be email to you. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your purchase anytime.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense.
Note: we can't ship to P.O.Boxes.
Shipping way and Rates
Shipping rates are usually determined by the size of box and weight. It is also related to the delivery area. For small amount of goods, the starting rates are very expensive. When it reaches to certain amount, the average rates can be reduced.
Normally, our shipping way is Air-express by EMS(Global Express Mail Service), and the items are sent by courier to your door.We can also shipping the package by DHL or TNT, but this two ways cost more than EMS, about 50USD per item( it depends on the weight of the products), but it is more fast and safely to pass your customs. Usually, the shipping time is 7-15 days(if by EMS).
